Return Policy

Pinevalley accepts and will credit any excess returned standard stock products that is undamaged and in full resalable condition. Unusable or damaged material to be returned, replaced or credited must be reported to a Pinevalley rep within 24 hours of delivery. Any shortage of material must also be reported within this period.

Pinevalley is not responsible for any damage caused after delivery on the job site caused by handling, improper storage, and installation or finishing by the customer.

Special orders CANNOT be cancelled.

All return items are subject to a 20% handling charge.

Delivery Access

The customer is responsible for ensuring that there is adequate space available at the jobsite to receive the delivered products and that access to the area where the products are to be delivered is safe and free of obstacles.  In the event that the jobsite is considered unsafe for delivery it is up to the customer to find an alternate suitable location for off-loading.

Warehouse Pick-up

Pinevalley Trim & Doors Ltd. is not responsible for any damage to vehicles cause by the loading of material.

Payment Policy

Payments are to be made payable to Pinevalley Trim & Doors Ltd. within the expected time frame. A surcharge of 2% per month (24% per annum) will be charged on all past due balances.
